We want you to love your Palm Noosa pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Post Your Package

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
